By completing the Registration Form and using the services, you agree to the terms and conditions set by PayPac.

In case of objection to any of the Agreement terms or any other modification introduced to the services, or in general dissatisfaction with the membership, you can discontinue your account and terminate your membership by giving due notice in writing.

Membership

As you register with PayPac as a member eligible to use the extensive services offered, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. The personal information provided by you on the Registration Form should be up-to-date and truthful.

In case of any change in the information, it is your responsibility to inform us in due time. The information can be accessed and changed from the “Profile” section.

All the information provided by the members are protected as per the Privacy Policy of PayPac.

Username and Password

To become a member of PayPac, you need to create an account, which will include Username and Password. You are responsible for keeping your Username and Password safe and secured to avoid unauthorized action on the account. If you notice any strange activity on the account, notify the help desk immediately. If you forget your Username and/or Password, you can follow the instructions given on the “Sign In” page.

Every Username and Password generated should be used by a single entity alone.

Services

PayPac operates as an online payment gateway within a particular jurisdiction. The services are available in a wide range of countries and across various portals.

Obligations

You are obligated to keep the necessary equipment provided by us to use the service of PayPac safe. Any changes made by us will be noted to you from time and time. You are obliged to follow the strict terms mentioned in the Agreement. In case of non-compliance to the Agreement, PayPac won’t be held responsible for loss or damage that may arise. On successful completion of a transaction, a confirmation will be sent to your registered mail id or phone number. In case the transaction fails, the amount won’t be subject to a refund.

Certain pages contain hypertext links to other websites that are not under our dominance. These websites are not subjected to the strict privacy policy followed by PayPac. Entering such websites should be at your own risk. PayPac won’t be liable for any loss and damage caused under such circumstances.

Use of Information and Confidentiality

PayPac follows a strict Privacy Policy. All personal information obtained during the Registration Process is protected and kept private. Unless compelled by the Law or a request issued by the user or Financial Regulator, this information is kept confidential. The personal details collected are accessible only to a few people at PayPac.

By proceeding with the terms of Agreement, you ensure that all information obtained from PayPac will be kept confidential and won’t be disclosed to third parties unless legally prompted.

Protecting The Data

We agree that every minute information collected from you will be protected and secured. Through written instruction, it can be made available to you. The information will be available only for correction or inspection purposes. The privacy policy published shall apply to the use of personal data for providing quality services.

Temporary Removal of Service

In case, you are travelling to a new country, your services with PayPac will be temporarily stopped. Upon re-registration from the new location, services will be reinstated. In events of malfunction, breakdown or technical fault, services will be halted temporarily until the issue is addressed and solved.
