What is PayPac?

PayPac is an online payment gateway which allows you to conveniently make payments using a variety of methods. You can link your credit and debit cards to the PayPac wallet by simply login in using username and password, and whenever you need.

Is PayPac secure?

PayPac ensures to keep your financial information safe and secure. The private information is not shared with anyone else and the information has restricted access.

Is PayPac GDPR compliant?

PayPac operates in a wide range of countries all over the world. This has prompted us to be GDPR compliant.

How do I create an account in PayPac?

Follow these simple steps to create an Account:

  • Click 'Sign Up' at the Top Menu
  • Fill up the registration form
  • Login to your email account provided during registration
  • Look for an email from PayPac in your Inbox (in case you don’t receive it, check your Junk/Spam items folder)
  • Click the link in the email to Activate your account
  • After activation is Successful, click 'Login' at the Top Menu and Login with your details to make a payment

What documentation is required to sign up for PayPac?

To use PayPac, you need to have the following documents:

  • A valid email address
  • An active mobile number
  • A valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, etc.)

How do I use my PayPac account?

Once you sign up, your account with PayPac will become active and ready for you to be used.

Can I view my account history?

You have to login to your account and click on your name to get a drop-down menu. Click on “account history” to get a detailed information about your account history.

Can I delete my account history?

You cannot delete the account history. It is important that we keep a record of your past transactions.

Do I receive any confirmation for the transactions made?

Once the transaction is made, you will receive a confirmation in the following ways:

  • A payment summary on the screen upon successful completion of the transaction
  • A payment confirmation email sent to your registered account
  • The payment summary will be updated in the account history
  • A text message sent to the registered mobile number

What are the modes of payment?

You can link your credit cards and debit cards with the PayPac wallet. The following are accepted:

  • VISA Credit Cards
  • VISA Debit Cards
  • VISA Electron Cards
  • MasterCard Credit Cards
  • MaestroCard
  • Net Banking

(If any other modes of payment are to be added, please do the same!)

Is there any charge for using PayPac?

There are no transaction fees charged by PayPac. However, your bank might charge a banking fee on certain transactions.

Why do I have to choose security questions and provide its answers?

The security questions asked along with the answer provided will be used to verify in case you want to reset your password or talk to one of our customer care agents, in special cases. The question and answer ensure your identity which is extremely important for security purposes.

Why is my email address required to register and use the service?

Your email address is required for Customer Due Diligence and Account Authentication Process. In case of emergencies or difficulty faced in using services, an email can be sent for notification. An email confirming every transaction will be sent to your email address.

I didn’t receive an email verifying my account, what should I do?

In case, you do not receive a confirmation mail, you can do the following:

  • Check your junk email or spam filter
  • Check that you have used a valid email address. If not, please register again using a valid email address
  • If an email cannot be found in any folder and you have used a valid email, then Login with the email address and password entered during registration. You will be sent another activation Email
  • If all of the above fails, please contact us at support@paymentpacific.com

I cannot remember my password, how can I log in?

In case you have forgotten your password and want to log in, you will have to reset your password. Follow these steps to set a new password:

  • Click 'Login' at the Top Menu
  • Click the link 'Forgot Password?' on the Login Page
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Provide answers to your security questions
  • A temporary password will be sent to your email address if all of the above steps were successful

Please ensure to change the temporary password as soon as you log in.

I cannot log in from a different country, what should I do?

Your last country of Login is always recorded. Your account remains locked temporarily till your identity is verified. An activation link is sent to your email address. Click on the activation link and follow the instructions mentioned in the email to unlock your account.

After your account is unlocked, you will be able to login to your account and transact normally. Every time you change your country, you will have to undergo the same procedure.
