Refund Policy

There are several cases where the transaction can't be processed due to various issues. It might have been a network issue or the bank server could have been down.

According to the policies followed by PayPac, no refund is generated, regardless of the reasons provided. We offer no kind of refunds for Successful transactions. If the end to end transactions has not been successful, PayPac will ensure that the customer’s card is not charged.

For every successful transaction, the status will be displayed on you the screen. However, if the transaction fails and you receive no confirmation, you can search for the transaction and check the status or you can opt for a second transaction.

For cases where the transaction has failed and the balance has been deducted, you can contact the customer service for PayPac.
